He is survived by: his wife Jayne Pulver; his children, Clayton (Amanda), Bridget, Andrea Lee (Felipe) and Justin (Kellie); his sisters, Geniel Pulver and Michelle Ballard (Guy); and his mother-in-law Roberta Fronk. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
