He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vivian Hillard and Dolan Anderson; his father-in-law D. R. Norr; and his brothers-in-law, Tony Gore and Brent Scott.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles "Buddy", Mary Kathryn and Nancy; his grandchildren, Shayelle, Amree and Jett; his wife Michele Norr; his children, Dustie Tucker (Scott), Robert Jason Hillard, Ashlee Wise (Braydon) and Curry Nathaniel Hillard; and his mother-in-law Coralee Norr.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests a donation be made to a Veteran's charity or to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints missionary fund.
