He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Rose; his children, Sami, Tyler (Kelsey), Travis (Camisha) and Sadie; his grandchildren, Haley, Kolt, Kessler, Palmer, Ruger, Jeter and Mickey; and his siblings, Deann, Nathan, Andy, Wayne, Ellan, Eric and Arlin.
