He is survived by: his siblings, Jay (Paula), Dale (Rhonda), Rae Ann (Mike) and Iva Jean (Jeff); his wife Debra Lynn Helquist; his children, Lynn, Diana, Trina and Rebecca; his grandchildren, Kaytalisa, Teryn, Keston, Seletta, ILamay, Jayris, Vincent, Gabe and Ayla; and his brother Oliver.
