He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Navarro Rodriguez and Sambino Vieyra (Sam); and his siblings, Little Rita, Louie, Sammy Jr. and Manuel Vieyra.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Vieyra (Thunehorst); his siblings, Rita Dobrins, Virginia Dorins (Paul) and Danny Vieyra; his sons, Dennis (Dawn) and Jace Vieyra; his sister-in-law Diane Alexander (Randy); his granddaughter April Hetzel (Josh); his great grandchildren, Piper Hetzel and Cole Wilson; and his stepchildren, Carolyn Carroll (Jack) and Sean Mustgrave (Brenda). He is also survived by 5 step-granddaughters, 2 step-great-granddaughter, and 1 step-great-great grandson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the First Baptist Church (2100 W Hwy 40, Vernal, UT 84078). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Maeser Fairview Cemetery (300 S 3500 W, Vernal, UT 84078).
