He is survived by: his wife Connie Kae Spruell; his children, Dale Batty (Shannon) of Richfield, Misti Rooks (Dustin) of Richfield, Amanda West (John) of Layton, Daniel Batty (Nichole) of Orem and Benjamin Batty (Marcie) of Vernal, Utah; his sisters, Linda Batty and Renee Rhoades (Steve); his sister-in-law Rhonda Batty; and his brother Gary Batty (Miko). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
