He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert William Roth and Edna Marie Soltis; and his sister Janice Evans. He is survived by: his wife Janet Roth; his children, Robert Roth, Diane Simpkins (Larry) and Brett Roth (Vernal); and his grandchildren, Chelsea Roth Vernal, Shaylee Hacking, Autumn Hale (Matt), Dalton Roth (Rylie), Vernal, Kent Van, Cocoa, Lucas Van Cocoa, Christopher Roth, Brandon Roth and Anthony.
