He was predeceased by: his parents, Rondo Sullivan and Beth Sullivan; and his brother Leonard Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Leta Sullivan; and his children, Cory Sullivan (Tina) of Tomball, Texas, Arden Sullivan (Lani) of St. George, Utah, Wendi Dickson (Quin) of Vernal, Utah, Dori Kelly (Daren) of Vernal, Utah, Shannon Batty (Dale) of Richfield, Utah, Morgan Sullivan (Stefanie) of Vernal, Utah and Jeremy Sullivan (Madisen). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
