She was predeceased by : her son Steven Collins; and her parents, David Annan and Betty Elizabeth Hoy. She is survived by : her daughter Gill Oostveen (Will); her children-in-law, James Morton and Teah Gorski; her grandchildren, Maddox, Jagger, Fiona, Harlow and Jovee; her aunt Ann (Collier); and her uncle Jack (Collier).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 800 W St, Vernal, UT 84078). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
