It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Webber of Vernal, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her former husband Lawrence Pullan; her husband Bud Webber; her children, Tamara Pullan, Laurie Montgomery, Kimberly Bender, Sammantha White Lusk (Travis) and Shane Pullan; her daughter-in-law Jeannie Duncan; her stepchildren, Roques Ann Fillerup (Craig) and Ronda Larsen (Tom); her siblings, Calvin Powell (Joyce), Cathy Wolfe and Cindy Summerill (Jim); her son Brent Pullan; her sons-in-law, Max Montgomery and Kevin Bender; her great great grandchild Conor Taft; her stepsons, Rusty and Randee Webber; and her stepgrandson Cole Davis. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren and 24 step-great grandchildren.

Carol Webber, 85, of Vernal, Utah, left this world on Sunday, August 10, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.
