He is survived by: his parents, Ronda VanCleave-Worrall of Rangely and Donald Worrall of Meeker; his daughter Frankie Nikole Sell; his siblings, Tayah (Aijee) of Brighton, Heidi Lucero (Andy) of Vernal, UT. and Lance Worrall (Micheal) of Grand Jct, CO.; his grandmothers, Net (Gordon) of Vernal and Beverly Worrall; his uncles, Blake VanCleave, Ronnie and Mike Worrall; and his cousins, Sarah and Holly Dixon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
