A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ashley 3rd Ward (235 E 600 S, Vernal, UT 84078). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Vernal Memorial Park (1700 S Vernal Ave, Vernal, UT 84078).
