She was predeceased by: her parents, Wanneta Burton and Clifton Charles Searle; her husband Dean Johnson of Iowa; her grandson Anthony Davis; her brothers, Lenard LeRoy Searle and Ellis Burton Caldwell; and her stepfather Elmer Ray Caldwell.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Davis (Ned), Tamara Vincent (Randy) and Quentin Johnson (Belinda). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

“Debbie, Tammy and Quentin, I was sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother. I have many fond memories of Aunt Clifta when we would come to Utah for the family reunions. I attribute my love of strawberries to her. When I was about 10 yrs old we were staying in Utah after the reunion at your house. She gathered all of us and said we were going to go pick strawberries. I told her I didn't like strawberries. She assured me I would like these Utah strawberries and I did! Love, Janet Despain”
