He is survived by: his mother Faye Ann Hullinger Phillips; and his siblings, Terry Lynn Espinoza, Jimmy Darren Phillips (Shawna), Sonja Ann Kelly, Michelle Ann Perry (Doyle) and Sheena Rae Caldwell (Colt). He is also survived by 9 nieces, 11 nephews, 6 great nieces and 10 great nephews.
