We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2022, at the age of 84, Dale Womack of Vernal, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edgar Womack and Thelma Dorothy Prigmore; and his wife Cheri Amy Nelson. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold, Gordon, Stan Womack, Dorothy McClellan and Margaret Birchell; his son Tommy Dale Womack; and his grandson Beau J. Dugan Furrh. He is also survived by his four children, 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and numerous family members.
