He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Richens and Nellie Richens; and his wife Marlene. He is survived by: his children, Brady Richens (Louise) and Sue George (Tony). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren 18 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary (15 E 100 N, Vernal, UT 84078). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vernal Memorial Park (1750 S 500 E, Vernal, UT 84078).
