He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Widner and Ada Mae Widner; and his brother Everett. He is survived by: his wife Lori Widner; his daughters, Anna Lane Widner of Houston, Texas and Arah Lea Widner of Vernal, Utah; his granddaughters, Suzanna of Texas and Shiloh of Texas; his stepson Royce Kimbel; and his brother Harold Widner of Lubbock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
