He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyrum Smuin and Idella Smuin of Vernal, UT; and his siblings, Wilma, Erma, Venis, Enid, Wayne, Wendell, Lela, Larry and Nayon.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Yvonne Draper; his children, Kent Smuin (Codie) and Kathy Kellogg (Brian); and his grandchildren, Tausha Snow (Bj Troendle), Candace Harbison (Gregg), Chelsie Perez (Jake), Trevor Kellogg, Stephen McKee (Izzy Cook), Shae Bristol (Jason) and Rhandi Rendon (Sam). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 6 bonus great grandchildren.
