With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David J Haslem (Vernal, Utah), who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jenny Marie Allred and Niles Reno Haslem; his siblings, Jerry, Norman and Norma; and his grandson T. J. Haslem.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Boyatt; and his children, Dabra Anderson (Brad), Jerry Haslem (Angie), Darrin Haslem (Michele), Bruce Haslem (Tedra) and Tiffaney Dofelmire (Mike).

In lieu of flowers, Dave has requested donations to the LDS Humanitarian Center.
