A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ashley 3rd Ward LDS Chapel (235 E 600 S, Vernal, UT 84078). A burial will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Vernal Memorial Park (1700 S Vernal Ave, Vernal, UT 84078).
