She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Ted and Betty Ann Potter; her brother Rory Potter; and her husband Ricky M. Lee. She is survived by: her son Jess Ufford; and her brother Johnny Rex Potter (Susan).
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rockpoint Cemetery (2250 W 2500 N, Vernal, UT 84078).
