He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Jacobson and Jessie Jacobson; and his siblings, Glade Jacobson (Leonard Jacobson) and Judy Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Jacobson; his daughter Wendy Jacobson; his granddaughter Mikayla Lopez; his great grandchildren, Luke Lopez, Wendy Lopez, Haylee Salazar and Nathan Broadhead; and his children, Eric Salazar, Chris Killian and Joseph Salazar.
