He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Oaks; and his children, Troy Oaks (Starlette) of Vernal, Eldon Oaks of Vernal, Echo Bauerkemper (Jeremy) of Vernal and Trenton Oaks (Charlie) of Roosevelt. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
