She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Adams and Adele Adams; and her sister Bonnie. She is survived by: her husband Micheal E Shurtz; her children, Sheri, Angie (Lindsay) and Micheal D (Bobbie); her grandchildren, Vanessa (Oliver), Adam, Zachary, Alexander, Mikaela (Joey), Micah, Gwenneth and Elliott; her great grandchildren, Matilda, Paxton and Zoey; and her siblings, Rebecca (Donel), Jim (Charlene), Bob (Susan), Russ (Mary) and Doug (Gabriella).
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Maeser 4th Ward Chapel (2575 N 1500 W, Vernal, UT 84078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Ogden City Cemetery (1875 Monroe Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401).
