With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lee Tournear in Vernal, Utah, who passed away on May 11, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Tournear and Mildred Tournear (Asher); his son Carl Tournear (Chuck); and his brothers, Larry Tournear and Gail Tournear.

He is survived by: his wife Sally Cook; his son Garrett Tournear (Marney); his granddaughter Kian Tourstone of Vernal Utah; his brother Ron Tournear (Barbara) of Great Bend, KS.; and his siblings-in-law, Gary, Anna Burke of Great Bend, KS., Paul and Pam Clark of Peyton, CO.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to charity of choice or Parkinsons Foundation.
