He was predeceased by: his parents, Elva Leona Atwood and John Marlin Harvey; his son Gaylen Harvey; his siblings, Annita Anderson, Velma Harvey, Dee Harvey, Doris Johnston and Don Harvey; and his granddaughter Makaila Joy Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen; and his children, Kelly Harvey (Tamara), Terry Harvey (Tracie), Julene Spencer (Jared), Lynette Justice, David Harvey (Jennifer) and Celestial Hatch (Issac). He is also survived by his 25 Grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Tridell LDS Chapel (10404 N 8000 E, Lapoint, UT 84039). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Tridell Cemetery (9250 Tridell Hwy, Lapoint, UT 84039).
