It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James LeRoy Hardman of Vernal, Utah, born in Pleasant Grove, Utah, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy Edward Hardman and Mildred Peters Smith; his stepfather Lynn Smith; his mother-in-law Bernice Slaugh Burke; his half-brother Dennis Smith; his brothers-in-law, Johnny Hacking, Mickey Agurrie and TJ McNeil; his niece Tammy McNeil; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Fletcher Hardman.

He is survived by : his close friend Carolyn Roberts Hardman; his children, Gwen Dalton, Scott Hardman, Jerry Hardman, Gayle Birchell and Bart Hardman; and his wife Carolyn Roberts.
