He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Franklin Pulliam and Wilma Eubank Sanderson Pulliam. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Greg (Lori), Kevin (Pat), Chris (Terri), Barry and John (Terri); his grandchildren, Neely, Cameron, Sam, Rick, Kaz, Max, Zach, Nini, Addie and Inara; and his great grandchildren, Kai, Iona, Zadie, Connor, Adam, Rumi and Lily.
