She is survived by: her mother Janna Caryl Openshaw; her children, Rebecca Buck (Michael), Camille Cook, Lindsay Cook and Tyler David Cook; her grandsons, Caleb Michael Buck and Eli David Buck; her husband David R. Cook; and her siblings, Caryl Ann Seastrand (Ken), Shari Calder (Alan) and Bradley Glenn Haslem.
