He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Charles and Virginia Cooper Kay; and his siblings, Lawrence (Joy), Butch (Billie) and Myrna Cobbs (Carl).
He is survived by: his sisters, Charleen Self and Jerrilyn Callentine (Ed); his child K. Casey; his wife Marty of Greeley, Colorado.; his daughters, Kateylyn Metcalf (Craig), Masey Kay and Sammi Bowden (Drex); his grandchildren, Kassidi Cummings (Scott), Dakota Bowden (Kristin) and MaKenzi Bowden; his daughter Tafni Labrum (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Kache Labrum (Elsha), Keni Labrum, Kohen, Lula Beth, Warren Bowden, Haizel, Landon Cummings and Hayz Labrum.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children and the Utah Benevolent Elks Trust (UBET), both 501-c3.
