He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cattoor Cundiff; his child O'rion; his stepfather Phillip Sizemore; and his sisters, Irene Kahokuolani and Jerry Sue Cundiff. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
