He was predeceased by: his parents, Virda Jane Miller Deans and James Woodrow Deans. He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Deans, Aaron Deans, Cammie Deans, Jeni Deans, Laverle Deans and Melissa Harvey. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, three step children, two brothers and a sister.
