She is survived by: her mother Carol Liddell (Vernal); her husband Florin Ned (Vernal); her children, Logan Ned Owens (Cedar City) and Holly Janelle Tomlinson (Neola); her grandchildren, Jackson, Zooey, Oliver, Zayden, Owen and Alexi; and her brothers, Michael Liddell (Carla), Marcus Liddell (Mountain Home), Jody Liddell (Roosevelt) and Roy Liddell (Vernal).
