She was predeceased by: her father Ronald J. Liddell; her brother Ray Shaun Liddell; and her grandson Kyson James Owens. She is survived by: her mother Carol Liddell (Vernal); her husband Florin Ned (Vernal); her children, Logan Ned Owens (Cedar City) and Holly Janelle Tomlinson (Neola); her grandchildren, Jackson, Zooey, Oliver, Zayden, Owen and Alexi; and her brothers, Michael Liddell (Carla), Marcus Liddell (Mountain Home), Jody Liddell (Roosevelt) and Roy Liddell (Vernal).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 800 W St, Vernal, UT 84078). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Maeser Fairview Cemetery (300 S 3500 W, Vernal, UT 84078).
