It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nolan Foy Mackay (Vernal, Utah), who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Mackay and Afton Mackay; his former wife Gladys Peck; his son Doug Mackay; his sisters, Gayla Anderson (Terry) and Linda Jones (Charles); his daughters, Kimberly Mackay Arrington and Cynthia Mackay Stephenson; and his stepchildren, Ronald Simper, Todd Simper and Kerry Simper. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
