He is survived by: his children, Scott, Tim, Trish, Michael, Emery, Shannon (Todd Byington) and Maranda (James Garner). He is also survived by his twenty-six grandchildren, many great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 800 W St, Vernal, UT 84078). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Reed Cemetery E (E 15400 N, Utah 84085). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 4:00 PM.
