McCormick (Tiffany) of Vernal, UT, Preston McCormick (Kortnie) of Roosevelt, UT, Dillon McCormick (Cassie) of Vernal, UT and Kalie Garcia (Levi) of Vernal, UT; and his brothers, Shay McCormick of Fruita, CO, Dusty McCormick (RayLynn) of Vernal, UT and Sage McCormick (Becky) of Tooele, UT. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
