She is survived by: her husband David Dugger; her son Douglas Dugger; and her siblings, Hal Jackson (Kim), Cal Jackson (Shona) and Janet Overholts.
Viewing was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar Uintah LDS Stake Center (4080 S 2500 E, Vernal, UT 84078). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Calendar Rock Point Cemetery (2250 W 2500 N, Vernal, UT 84078).
