She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalmer Lewellen (CT) and Betty Lou Lewellen. She is survived by: her sister Velma Kay Schisler (Vail); her close friend Wanda; and her children, Clint, Louann and Coty. She is also survived by grandchildren, siblings, cousins, and friends.
