She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Peake and Zelma Martin Peake; her husband Wilford J. Workman; her brothers, Dennis and Tommy Peake; and her grandchild Mikal Workman.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Hemstreet (Glen), Vernal, Leonard Workman (Becky), LaRae Harrison (Steve), Glen Workman (Evelyn), Roosevelt, Royal Workman (Lawana) and Carla Workman; and her sister Georgia. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
