He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Naomi Mae (Allbright), Bullock (Cheney), James LeRoy Bullock, Milton "Staley" Cheney, Alton Burton Field and Breta Field (Garn).

He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie "Kay" Field (Bullock) and Durrell "Garn" Field; his wife Holly Jo Field (Moon); his children, Hunter James, Jamie Alan, Liam Michael, Samuel Lee, Mia Dawn and Lily Mae; and his siblings, Joseph Field (DeeAnn), Jonathon Field (Susan), Trina Gentile (Anthony) and Kristine Rafn (Mark).
