He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Darlene and Pat. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Smuin; and his children, Gerek Smuin, Chelsy, Anderson and Machelle Christofferson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 800 W St, Vernal, UT 84078). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Vernal Memorial Park (1700 S Vernal Ave, Vernal, UT 84078).
