He is survived by: his wife Dina Lewis; his children, Kelly Moncher, Naomi Kepler, Franklin Lewis, Woodrow Lewis, Tarlton Lewis (Wayne) and Mario Lewis; and his stepchildren, Gene Fullmer, Irene Atkins and John Fullmer. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
