He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Dalvis and Bertha Louise Martin (Gretlein); his sisters, Donna Ward, Diana Sullivan and Dorice Parker; and his nephews, Ronnie Ward and Cliff Parker.
He is survived by: his child JaLee; his wife LeeAnn; his grandchildren, Denton, Demri, Dreya Martin, KesLee and Kate Fladeland; his brother Pete Martin (Lori); and his sister-in-law Vicki Anderson (Tom).
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Uintah Conference Center (313 E 200 S, Vernal, UT 84078). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Vernal Memorial Park (1750 S 500 E, Vernal, UT 84078).
