He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Jesse Harmer Jr. and Dorothy Mae Harmer; and his son-in-law Robert Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Harmer; his children, Lisa Douglas (Robert Douglas) of Eagle Mountain, UT, April Angel of Pleasant Grove, UT, Summer Hatch, Raymond Douglas of Rangely, CO and Tonya Muse (Heath Muse) of Vernal, UT.; and his siblings, David Harmer, Richard Harmer, Tom Harmer and Suzanne Cheechov. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
