Terry Forward Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terry Forward of Wales, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Haydn Forward and Hilda Forward (Roberts); his brother Geoff; and his daughter Monique. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Frandsen; his siblings, Chris (Sylvia), Jean (Dan), Kathy (Kerry) and Haydn; and his children, Kevin (Brenda), Daniel (Dee Dee), Todd, Shawna (David), David (Hope), Troy (Synthia) and Jason (Michelle). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Ward Building (10975 Prescott Dr, Sandy, UT 84092). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
