He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell Halley and Constance Gertrude Luck; and his wife Vivian. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Dean (Steven), LaRie Pack (Vaughn), Nila Peterson (late Stephen), Lee Halley (Joye Hall) and Jodi Worthen (Troy). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
