He was predeceased by: his father O. Charles Horne. He is survived by: his mother Janice C. Horne; his wife Jennifer Horne; and his children, Brooke Judd (Dillon) of Denver, Colorado, Andrew Horne (Vanessa) of Payson, Utah, Callie Earnest (Chase) of St. George, Utah, Braden Horne and Connor Horne. He is also survived by four beautiful grandsons, as well as his mother and 3 sisters.
