He is survived by: his wife Jane Ferrara; his children, Robert Scott (Sheri) of Preston, ID, Tim Scott (Annie), Matt Scott (Melissa) of Hurricane, UT, Charlotte Amy (Trujillo) of Toquerville, UT, Kenny Scott (Lindy) and Dennis Scott (Kallie) of Hurricane, UT.; and his siblings, Gregory Scott, Sylvia Cluff (Carl) and Evelyn Wright (Bill). He is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Toquerville Utah LDS Chapel (63 Toquerville Blvd, Toquerville, UT 84774). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel (63 Toquerville Blvd, Toquerville, UT 84774). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Toquerville Cemetery (1200 Toquerville Blvd, Toquerville, UT 84774). In 2020, amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, he was called to serve as Bishop.
