He is survived by: his wife Marolyn Van Wagenen; his children, Heather White (Dean), Holly Carlson (Dave), Heidi Johnson (Darrin), Jason Van Wagenen (Jennifer) and Haylee Erickson (Brock); and his sister Susan Goodfellow. He is also survived by one niece and one nephew; as well as 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
