He is survived by: his children, Hunter, Dante Jude Plehn, Kairi Mackenzie Courtney, Roxas Alexander Plehn and Axel Phoenix Plehn (Hunter); his parents, Mark Plehn and Kaye Plehn; and his siblings, Meredith Plehn, Melanie Swanson (Brian), David (Jody), Jonathan (Amber), Robb (Kara) and Rick (Alicia).

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel (935 E Main St, Wellington, UT 84542). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Wellington City Cemetery (2 Cemetery Rd, Wellington, UT 84542).
